      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and identify customers' needs while responding to a high volume of communications via email and telephone
      - Actively manage multiple customer accounts, ensuring accurate order preparation and invoicing
      - Partner with the sales team to increase revenue growth for assigned accounts
      - Maintain thorough and updated customer records and prepare client profiles
      - Conduct proactive calls to ensure ongoing communication with existing customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in account management or customer service, or High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
      - High level of customer service acumen and business acumen
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Experience using a CRM system or web-based programs, preferably Salesforce
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental studies, or biology
      - Work experience with waste characterization and handling logistics, familiar with EPA/RCRA and DOT regulations
      - Knowledge of Salesforce, Ariba, or Oracle systems
      - Experience administering and reviewing service contracts
      - Ability to lead account-specific projects
