Employer is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join their elite customer service team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to brokers, helping them navigate the health care system. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, researching broker concerns, and providing accurate information. Primary Responsibilities:

- Take inbound broker calls and provide accurate answers to their queries and concerns
- Provide quality customer service by addressing brokers' needs and issues
- Research complex issues and work with support resources to resolve broker issues
- Answer questions regarding client policies
- Assist brokers with contracting needs, including compensation

Additional Responsibilities:

- Guide brokers through navigating the broker store
- Educate brokers on the products offered
- Occasionally make follow-up outbound calls
- De-escalate situations

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of call center and/or customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with computer systems
- Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the health care/insurance environment

Telecommuting Requirements:

- Must have a dedicated work area that ensures information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
- Must have a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or existing high-speed internet service

Additional Information:

- Salary range for certain states: $16.00 - $31.44 per hour
