What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional service to 50 to 70 callers daily, providing guidance and support
- Resolve billing disputes, process adjustments, refunds, and perform manual sales
- Evaluate and respond to written billing inquiries and troubleshoot complex billing issues
- Maintain tracking log of escalated patient correspondence and provide updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain data privacy at all times

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related environment
- Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
- Availability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours and occasional overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish
- Experience with medical terminology
- Knowledge of billing and eligibility processes
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare information for customers
