What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sales Support, Outside Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers to enhance customer interface and standard processes
- Provide order-specific support to contacts of Key and National accounts
- Manage internal resources effectively to meet the ordering needs of premier accounts
- Enter orders via phone, fax, or email as required
- Utilize CRM software and phone software (Five-9 or similar) in daily tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, specifically with key customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order management
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing CRM software
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- Fluency in French or Spanish is an asset
