      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a portfolio of government clients, driving success, engagement, and retention
      - Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess client satisfaction and business outcomes
      - Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex situations related to financial strategies
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to align client expectations and ensure a seamless experience
      - Own and manage renewals for a specific portfolio of accounts, proactively addressing any blockers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, specifically with government clients
      - Strong understanding of software implementation and customer retention, particularly in a B2G environment
      - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
      - Proven ability to analyze complex issues and drive actionable results
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background or familiarity with local government processes, especially in finance, pensions, and labor costing
      - Relevant certifications or continued education in customer success
      - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
