What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Refine the framework and workflow for Customer Success and Support
- Prioritize and respond to support tickets promptly via intercom
- Conduct Zoom calls to diagnose issues and educate users
- Collaborate with Engineering to relay customer feedback and requests
- Analyze daily usage metrics to enhance user engagement and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Success experience managing at least a $1M ARR book of business
- Experience in a Customer Success role at a SaaS company
- Strong writing skills for clear communication
- High level of organization and self-motivation
- Proficient teaching and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Chrome Extensions
- Experience with Customer Success tools such as Totango or Gainsight
