      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with client organizations to enhance usage of employer services
      - Track and analyze client interactions and product usage in Salesforce
      - Conduct outreach to clients regarding market updates, key findings, and service changes
      - Schedule and deliver training sessions in accordance with employer branding
      - Communicate client needs and insights to internal teams for product and service enhancement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
      - Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
      - Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking client interactions
      - Foundational understanding of the life sciences industry
