      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with large, complex customer accounts
      - Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey
      - Advise customers on best practices and recommend necessary changes for successful implementation
      - Host monthly or quarterly Business Reviews to discuss customer engagement and goals
      - Provide training sessions to new users through various interaction methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-facing position, such as customer success or project management
      - Knowledge of the real estate industry preferred
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Listing Showcase
      - Previous experience in business to business sales
      - Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs
      - Ability to manage projects with tight deadlines
      - Experience working efficiently in project teams
