What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and manage customer success initiatives, including compliance, surveys, and communications
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and reports for customer success strategies
- Assist and coach the VAR's Customer Success team to enhance their performance
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide general operations support and contribute to best practices in Customer Success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer success or customer success operations role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Acumatica CRM and understanding of ERP/SaaS environments
- Familiarity with SharePoint for documentation management
- Proven problem-solving skills and a blend of business and technical savvy
- Passion for learning new software, processes, and policies
