Job Description

- Resolve ongoing medium to high complexity requests and incidents for IAM Applications including Access Manager (SailPoint IdentityIQ)
- Deploy application changes for server, configuration, and enhancements following internal hand-off from the Engineering team
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and identify defects, opportunities for automation and enhancements
- Maintain and support test and production environments
- Take on initiatives on self-appointed projects and self-created processes to better enhance the technology
- Provide knowledge sharing, as recognized SME, in efforts such as writing complex knowledge articles, relationship development with other teams, mentoring, and job shadowing
- Provide on-call support for systems in scope
- Minimum of 3-5 years of security and Identity Access Management experience with strong knowledge in security concepts and security product support
- Working experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ platform and tools
- Minimum of 5 years of Windows Server and Linux system experience
- Knowledge of LDAP, RACF, SSH, and RDP authentication protocols
- Experience with RedHat Linux, Java, SQL, XML, and Tomcat
- Knowledge of Cloud network using Azure AD connectivity between on premise and cloud
- Experience supporting web applications, load balancers, TLS certificates, and Disaster Recovery concepts
- Experience in installing, upgrading, and patching vendor products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on working within a geographically distributed team
- Excellent problem solving skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with and lead teams toward resolution
- Strong sense of urgency and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results
- Experience with source code management and orchestration tools: IBM UCD (UrbanCode Deploy), Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus, Helios
- Experience in servers and applications monitoring
- Experience with IT Service Management
- Knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language)
- Knowledge of risk and compliance processes and procedures
- Professional certifications, e.g. CISSP, GSEC, GCIH

What is the opportunity?
As Senior Technical Systems Analyst – IAM Application Support you will play a key role in supporting, managing and administering RBC’s enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) applications. Operating as a subject matter expert (SME), you will function independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is passionate about information security and securing and protecting privileged accounts, credentials, and non-human access across tools, applications, and systems. In this role, you will support mission critical enterprise-wide services which will require being available on call.
