What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement security solutions to mitigate threats and risks
- Administer and manage security tools
- Evaluate new security products and technologies
- Conduct technical assessments of security incidents
- Prepare status reports on security matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in computer science or similar technical degree or 2+ years’ working experience in IT technical field
- 6+ years’ IT security engineering experience or a non-technical degree with 5+ years’ security engineering experience
- Experience with one or more SIEM platforms is required
- Ability to provision and support cloud computing infrastructure
- Strong communication and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISSP certification
- Network security experience
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies
- Ability to create process flow diagrams
- Experience with security systems software
