      - Collect and document business requirements for reporting and analysis initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
      - 3 years of experience in healthcare, statistics, data science, or analytics
      - Proficiency in SQL (preferably T-SQL) and MS Excel
      - Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
      - Experience in report development within Epic EMR

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
      - Epic Cogito Certification within 6 months
