What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Care Giver Experience product team to build and improve reporting infrastructure for provider metrics
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations to help non-technical users understand trends and metric drivers
- Collaborate with the data science team to analyze major trends and their implications
- Provide training, documentation, and support for dashboards and data products to ensure effective data utilization
- Maintain core data models in dbt to support metrics and ensure data consistency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
- Expertise in SQL and familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools
- Experience working with product teams, particularly in product analytics
- Strong user empathy with the ability to translate stakeholder issues into effective solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools like Tableau
- Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches
