Job Description

- Works with various databases to collect, analyze and report data related to provider performance, statistical data on populations, disabilities, and cultural factors, and financial impact of value-based purchasing.
- Build/learn to build PowerBI dashboards for efficient data tracking.
- Develops analytical reports to summarize and interpret results, to identify patterns and trends in data, and to track various metrics related to key performance and clinical outcome measures.
- Coordinate with financial analyst to assist with making financial projections.
- Use SQL and analytical programs for analysis of data.

What We're Looking For:
This position is responsible for assuring compliance with data reporting requirements for employment services associated with the Department of Justice Settlement. This position will work on a multi-disciplinarian team to evaluate IPS-SE services and the efficacy of associated value-based payment (VBP) initiatives. This position is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing data from various sources and must be able to organize and present data based on the needs of the end user. Data shall be presented in a professional format including but not limited to pivot tables, charts, and graphs.

Education:
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
Associate's degree in Information Technology field, Statistics, Health Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business and four (4) years' experience in a combination of the below areas:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology field, Statistics, Health Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business and two (2) years' experience in a combination of the below areas:
Or, Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a combination of these areas preferred:
License/Certification:
Preferred: CSPA, Certified Machine Learning - Specialty (AWS), Predictive Analytics Certificate (SOA), and/or CPHIMS/CAHIMS preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license
Remote in North Carolina-Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
