What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, organize, and analyze data sets using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Develop and implement key automation using SAS/SQL and other software tools
- Produce timely reports for senior management and other stakeholders
- Identify, prioritize, and implement strategic-use cases to support data analysis outcomes
- Provide operational support and serve as a subject matter expert

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Banking, financial, or related industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Banking, financial, or related industry
- Deep experience in AML Risks and Practices
- Preferred Area of Study: Mathematics, statistics, computer science, information management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and database knowledge, statistical analysis, and programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, Python

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of programming languages including but not limited to Tableau
- 0-2 years of experience in AML, KYC, Sanctions, OFAC, or related areas
