What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and improve data quality for Sales management and planning
- Create data architecture aligned with business requirements for Sales Management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in incentives, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in a technology sales environment
- Expertise in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master's preferred
- Strong understanding of software technology consumer behaviors and sales strategies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with attention to detail
