      About the Role

      We are seeking a motivated individual to join a dynamic team working on industry-leading healthcare decision support tools. We deliver high-value tools to front-line clinicians that empower coordinated, evidence-based care. Our experienced clinical data analytics team creates innovative products that solve healthcare problems on a global scale.

      The successful candidate has relevant experience with health data analysis including querying, cleaning, and visualizing data. They enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams including customer success, product, user experience and design, and engineering to understand customer needs, wrangle data, solve problems, and create data products.

      Responsibilities

      • Leading requirements gathering and development of analytics supporting complex globally use products
      • Leading and defining the strategic direction for their product area
      • Managing the analytics roadmap for their product area. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables and meet project deadlines
      • Defining, developing, and deploying queries to support the analysis of data for a variety of products
      • Leading data model creation and maintenance for complex analytics and data management processes for analytics projects/products
      • Conducting QA and participates in cross-product risk analysis and mitigation.
      • Understanding how security and privacy laws such as HIPAA affect their work. Understands how to handle sensitive data including PHI and PII.


      Requirements

      • Have experience in a data analytics role
      • Have expertise in creating analytics products to address stakeholder needs
      • Have expertise in using and querying relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake or postgreSQL
      • Enjoy expertise in using BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
      • Be able to demonstrate experience using object-oriented programming languages for data analysis and manipulation such as python
