What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Member Experience product team to develop and maintain reporting infrastructure for member funnel metrics and KPIs
- Create dashboards and data visualizations that allow non-technical users to analyze trends and metric drivers
- Work with the data science team to explore major trends and their underlying causes
- Provide training and support to downstream teams for effective data access and utilization
- Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of metrics, aligning data across cross-functional stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
- Proven experience working with product teams and product analytics
- Expertise in SQL and familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools
- Strong user empathy with the ability to translate stakeholder issues into effective solutions
- Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools, including dashboard creation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the mental health care field or a passion for improving mental health services
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with data style guides and contributing to foundational data models
