What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Explore datasets to find new insights about American criminal justice systems
- Communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to design and execute targeted roadmaps
- Drive product launches by ensuring analytical data is in place
- Analyze trends and changes related to the work to understand impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional organization
- 5 or more years of practical experience exploring complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL for working with large datasets
- Proficiency in Python, specifically the Pandas library
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with large datasets from the public sector, especially related to criminal justice
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Looker, Jupyter notebooks, and Python/Pandas
