      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop data structures from both internal and third-party sources for analysis and reporting, primarily using SQL and Python
      - Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Client Success, and Engineering to create data models and reporting that support business goals
      - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend scalable solutions for operational efficiency
      - Communicate insights and results from analysis to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for business enhancement
      - Explore new technologies and trends to innovate and improve data analytics processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of relevant analytics or data science experience
      - Proficiency in SQL and a strong background in data visualization
      - Hands-on experience with Python or R
      - Ability to manage both long-term strategic projects and urgent requests
      - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience mentoring junior analysts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with financial and sales data
      - Familiarity with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker) and/or dbt
