What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of analytics experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Experience supporting Product or Finance functions
- Proficiency in SQL for daily data transformation
- Experience building or maintaining analytics infrastructure as the sole analyst or on a small team
- Comfortable with data visualization, modeling, and dashboarding

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in causal modeling techniques such as A/B Testing, Regression Analysis, or Uplift Modeling
- Familiarity with data movement tools such as Fivetran or Hightouch
