What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement product analytics solutions and ensure key metrics and user journeys are captured
- Utilize product analytics to identify user behavior patterns and improvement opportunities
- Establish measurement frameworks for new product launches and drive actionable insights
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders to support analytical insights
- Collaborate with BI teams to create dashboards and reports that inform product decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on product analytics experience, including stakeholder engagement
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven decision-making and data storytelling
- 4+ years of experience using SQL for query development and documentation
- 4+ years of experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Strong communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven analyses

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo or Amplitude
- Familiarity with statistical packages in Python or R for data analysis
- Experience in building support processes using MS Azure Dev Ops or MS SharePoint
- Background in SAAS environments
