What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quantitative data analysis and synthesize results for dissemination to partners and stakeholders
- Provide data analysis support for employee surveys, budget analysis, and program evaluations
- Develop data visualization products and business intelligence reporting tools
- Create data pipelines and perform ETL of data for visualization products
- Mentor and lead junior consultants in developing analytics solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field with relevant experience (5+ years for Bachelor's, 2+ years for Master's)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and programming languages like Python and R
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain IRS MBI clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting the IRS or a similar federal agency
- Familiarity with performance measurement and organizational strategic planning
- Knowledge of software development tools such as Azure and AWS
- Demonstrated data visualization skills through a portfolio or technical certification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
