What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute analytical initiatives in collaboration with management to solve business problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, or related field
- Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Familiarity with data governance best practices
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or related field
- Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Experience with automation of reports and dashboard development
