Minimum 4 years of experience with SQL and scripting languages such as Python, R, or similar.
Minimum 4 years of experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch , and Scikit-learn.
Minimum 4 years of experience working in cloud-based environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

Job Title: Senior Data Scientist
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with a strong technical background, a minimum of 4 years of experience, and proven expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence. As a tech lead on the team, you will play a critical role in driving complex data analysis projects, architecting scalable data solutions, and mentoring junior team members. You will work to uncover patterns, answer key business questions, and guide the organization’s data science strategy. Additionally, you will serve as a primary point of contact for project ownership and delivery, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the success of data-driven initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Lead Data Analysis & Solution Design: Lead efforts to identify and define complex, ambiguous data analysis to uncover patterns and answer business questions. Independently formulate and assist in the design of solutions to stakeholder problems.
Architect Scalable Solutions: Architect scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions that align with the company’s data strategy and stakeholder requirements, ensuring that all solutions are future-proof and well-integrated.
Project Ownership & Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert, owner, and primary point of contact for assigned projects. Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of ML/AI solutions, from model development to production deployment, and guide decision-making across the organization.
Collaboration & Communication: Consult with technical leaders to establish and communicate realistic timelines and provide authoritative estimates of the level of effort required for each project. Lead discussions on recommended approaches and alternatives for solving modeling and analytical problems.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project findings and model performance to both technical and non-technical audiences, making complex concepts accessible. Provide estimates of value associated with assigned projects and advocate for their impact across the organization.
Mentorship & Coaching: Guide and mentor junior team members, anticipating challenges and providing proactive solutions. Coach team members on effective approaches, techniques, and methodologies to elevate their work and enhance team performance.
Continuous Improvement: Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, ensuring the team’s methods and solutions stay ahead of industry best practices.

Annual Salary
$105,000.00 - $215,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
