What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write effective, scalable code in Python and develop back-end components to enhance system performance
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for analytics and reporting using DBT and SQL
- Test and debug programs, implementing security and data protection solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
- Support QA, UAT, and performance testing phases of the development cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience
- Strong experience in Python, particularly with the Pandas and Numpy libraries
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries
- Hands-on experience with Unix Shell scripting
- Experience in designing and building data pipelines in data analytics implementations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Salesforce CDP and Snowflake implementation
- Experience with Airflow and exposure to AWS ecosystems
- Familiarity with data integration, data warehousing, and analytics strategies
