What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership for the implementation of RDBMS architecture for high availability and disaster recovery
- Maintain databases to ensure optimum performance and data integrity
- Conduct regular database and security reviews, reporting findings and recommendations to management
- Monitor databases for space utilization and perform timely backups and performance maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and vendors regarding project status and problem resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant IT certifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related role
- Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven task and project management skills to ensure timely project completion
- Ability to provide on-call coverage for database systems 24/7

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a core discipline within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Experience with database performance tuning and data integrity checks
