      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders and manage internal workflows for deals in progress
      - Provide guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and relevant contracting vehicles
      - Construct and prepare customer-ready quotes, proposals, and order forms in compliance with corporate governance
      - Collaborate with various business stakeholders to efficiently process deals
      - Maintain customer files and records in internal systems while continuously improving workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a high-tech company
      - Minimum of 3 years in a direct deal desk or deal management function
      - BS/BA in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline
      - Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, with strong Excel skills
      - Ability to construct quotes and orders with complex subscription terms and multi-currency considerations

      - Knowledge of forecast analytics
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Effective verbal and written communication abilities
      - A good understanding of business process flow and its upstream/downstream impacts
      - Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
