- 2-4 years of experience in a user experience (UX) or research role (or related field)
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency with email, Slack, and Zoom
- Experience performing research-related tasks such as planning, evaluation, and synthesis

- Experience creating specific and answerable interview questions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product management, and engineering
- Familiarity with remote testing tools
