What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment leveraging AWS services
- Design and build tools, frameworks, systems, and processes for software building, integration, deployment, scaling, and management
- Automate tasks across the full CI/CD lifecycle to enhance developer experience and reduce manual work
- Scale solutions from proofs-of-concept to full production systems
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability for the DevOps team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles, focusing on tooling, automation, and distributed systems development
- 8+ years of overall software industry experience
- Extensive experience architecting, designing, and implementing deployments in AWS cloud environments
- Strong scripting knowledge and experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Candidate must have unrestricted right to work in the United States and be in the MST or PST timezone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Significant experience with mobile app development
- Hands-on experience using Terraform and/or Kubernetes at scale
- Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Salt)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, as well as presentation and demo skills
- Proven record of mentoring and improving team performance
