      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a subject matter expert for all digital communication channels, including live chat, email, and social media
      - Write engaging, personalized content and represent the brand through various digital touchpoints
      - Respond to and resolve customer concerns from negative live chat ratings
      - Maintain service levels across digital channels, focusing on key performance indicators
      - Assist in training and educating outsourcing partners and internal teams on digital engagement strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field preferred
      - 2+ years of experience managing ratings and reviews on social media and e-commerce platforms within a customer contact environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
      - Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
      - Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with crisis management and handling sensitive topics in customer interactions
      - Ability to type a minimum of 60+ words per minute
      - Familiarity with digital KPI metrics such as SLA, CSAT, AHT, and CPH
