      Job Title: Senior Digital Experience Manager

      Location: Remote within Eastern or Central Time Zone in the US


      Job Summary and Mission:


      As our Senior Digital Experience Manager, you'll play a central role in digital transformation and growth at Kennametal. Using data-driven insights, you'll drive relevant web traffic, qualified sales leads, and enable online and offline revenue. From optimizing web conversions and steering SEM initiatives to spearheading email marketing and content strategies, your role will be pivotal. By collaborating across departments, you'll create a unified online customer experience. Join our growing team as we redefine our digital journey together.

      Key Job Responsibilities:

      • Drive Web Traffic & eCommerce Growth: Direct the end-to-end business system to enhance website visits, amplify sales leads, and boost eCommerce revenue.
      • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a dedicated team for growth and development, ensuring they meet key objectives.
      • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize digital analytics to assess results, gain insights, and steer the company's digital direction.
      • Optimize User Conversions: Refine site elements, from CTAs to chat features, to maximize lead conversions.
      • Lead Management: Enhance web lead response and conversion through efficient funnel strategies.
      • SEM Strategy: Set and achieve goals for search engine marketing and paid advertising.
      • Email Marketing: Develop strategies from email acquisition to content planning for sustained customer relationships.
      • Website Merchandising: Direct site design, product discovery, and promotional activities.
      • Promotional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to execute and measure website promotions.
      • Content Strategy: Oversee the team publishing and optimizing digital content online; work closely with marketing communications on strategy and development to drive business outcomes.
      • Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with departments like marketing and sales to ensure a unified online customer experience.
      • Stay Updated: Research industry trends and refine our website marketing approach.
      • Operational Excellence: Set and uphold standards for optimal performance.
      • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regional data privacy standards, including GDPR.


      Education & Experience:

      • 7+ years of hands-on experience with website marketing in a B2B e-commerce environment, with at least 5 years managing people; excellent leadership skills.
      • Highly experienced using Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, and Asset Manager.
      • Proven expertise in UI design principles with a track record of guiding teams to craft templates and processes that amplify our brand identity and ensure an intuitive customer experience on our digital platforms.
      • Experienced in developing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, eCommerce sales, and qualified leads.
      • Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion, and nurturing.
      • Proven expertise in optimizing paid search campaigns and applying SEO best practices to drive growth.
      • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Fluent in English and effective in working with cross-cultural teams.
