What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze funnel metrics across channels and optimize paid media strategies for lead generation and conversions
- Actively manage marketing spend and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple digital channels
- Oversee the management of paid media campaigns, including performance tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals and business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, particularly with paid media campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid media best practices and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau)
- Expertise in ad management platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Creativity in designing compelling paid media campaigns
