Location
Remote, with ability to travel to an office: Parsippany, NJ/Raleigh, NC/King of Prussia, PA.
Overview
Leads project management of transaction execution of M&A opportunities. Forms and manages cross functional internal and external diligence teams. Often face of IQVIA to seller and seller’s advisors. Negotiates agreements with oversight of VP and/or SVP corporate development. Works with internal deal sponsor to develop business case and investment thesis. Synthesizes and refines risks and potential mitigants throughout diligence process. Develops internal presentations to review deal progress and ensure coordination / information sharing among deal team members.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $162,300.00 - $301,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
