      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Success Operations strategy to enhance customer adoption, retention, and growth
      - Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to optimize the customer journey and improve onboarding and retention processes
      - Utilize Gainsight data for predictive modeling and reporting on customer satisfaction and churn risks
      - Create proactive strategies to mitigate churn and identify upsell opportunities
      - Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success Operations team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or Revenue Operations, with at least 3+ years in a SaaS or subscription-based business
      - Proven experience in designing and scaling operational processes, ideally within the legal or professional services sector
      - Expertise in Gainsight, including configuration and optimization
      - Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
      - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in operations or business management is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with legal professionals or within the legal technology space
      - Familiarity with customer health scoring models and lifecycle management
      - Knowledge of NPS, CSAT, and CES frameworks for customer insights
