      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success Operations strategy that aligns with organizational goals
      - Partner with Customer Success Managers to optimize the end-to-end customer journey
      - Leverage data to create predictive models for churn risk and customer satisfaction
      - Develop proactive strategies for risk management and revenue growth
      - Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success Operations team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or Revenue Operations, with at least 3+ years in a SaaS or subscription-based business
      - Proven track record of designing and scaling operational processes within Customer Success
      - Expertise in Gainsight, including configuration and reporting
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
      - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification in operations or business management is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with legal professionals or within the legal technology space
      - Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM tool
      - Knowledge of customer health scoring models and lifecycle management
      - Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
      - Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
