- Assess and analyze the organization's existing systems and applications, including HubSpot (CRM/Marketing Automation), Jira (Project Management), Zoho (CRM/Business Suite), and Microsoft Dynamics (Financial Reporting).
- Identify potential integration points and data exchange requirements between these systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and integration needs.
- Implement and configure system integrations, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer between applications.
- Identify and prioritize data sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Define data governance policies and procedures to maintain data consistency and compliance.
- Acquire, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources to uncover valuable insights and trends.
- Employ advanced analytical techniques, such as statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning, to extract meaningful patterns and correlations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives.
- Utilize data analysis to identify new product opportunities, feature enhancements, and potential areas for innovation.
- Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative products and services based on data-driven insights.
- Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML), to optimize repetitive tasks and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to integrate AI capabilities into service offerings, enabling data-driven insights and recommendations for clients.
- Provide training and support to employees and clients on the effective utilization of AI solutions, ensuring user adoption and successful implementation.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate AI solution offerings.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify AI use cases and requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts, techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data manipulation languages.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and project management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and robotics.
- Experience in data analysis, data mining, and programming (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Knowledge of AI development frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS AI/ML services).
- Knowledge of industry-specific domains and applications of AI (e.g., human resources, learning and development, consulting) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Position Areas of Focus:
Systems Integration: responsible for evaluating and implementing the integration of various business systems and applications to enable seamless data flow and alignment across platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility throughout the organization.
Data Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Product Innovation: Leveraging data, collaborate with product teams, market research, and clients to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
AI Integration: Assess current internal processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains through AI solutions.
