What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners through coaching and mentoring
- Serve as a strategic partner and coach to business leaders, providing guidance to improve business outcomes
- Implement organizational design best practices and change management initiatives to drive transformation
- Design and deploy human capital solutions based on ongoing data analysis aligned with business strategies
- Drive talent strategy by applying workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated equivalency
- 10+ years of human capital experience, including leading teams
- Proven experience in navigating HR Center of Service functions to achieve results
- Ability to lead organizational effectiveness and change management strategies in a complex environment
- Strong collaborative and facilitative skills with a track record of success across multiple stakeholders
