      Position Purpose: Responsible for designing and implementing strategic initiatives and programs to cultivate and enhance leadership capabilities across Centene. Collaborate with senior executives, the People Team, and business stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous learning, talent mobility and leadership excellence aligned to Centene's mission, values, and business priorities.
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership talent strategy aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans.

      • Design and oversee leadership programs, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, and other developmental interventions.

      • Ignite business-ready relevancy and impact from our leadership development programs.

      • Design and lead executive onboarding and orientation.

      • Spearhead the activation and results-oriented sustainability of a credible succession management approach.

      • Develop and manage critical role planning and skill readiness for current and future leaders.

      • Collaborate with the People Team and senior management to identify high-potential talent and create credible succession plans.

      • Enable and champion talent assessment tools and methodologies to identify leadership capabilities and areas for development.

      • Establish and lead a cutting-edge learning and development framework that supports leadership growth and organizational effectiveness at all levels.

      • Lead and transform Centene’s Leadership Development program.

      • Integrate innovative learning methodologies and technologies to enhance leadership development programs.

      • Develop metrics and key performance indicators to assess the impact and effectiveness of leadership development programs.

      • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the relevancy and impact of leadership development initiatives.

      • Partner with senior executives and department heads to understand leadership needs and align development initiatives with business objectives.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to ensure a holistic approach to leadership development.

      • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development.

      • Introduce innovative approaches and technologies to keep leadership development initiatives current and effective.
      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Education/Experience: 8+ years of HR or business experience with specific background expertise in leadership development, talent management, succession planning and learning at a senior level required. Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in learning, organizational development, business administration, or a related field preferred.

      Role is eligible for remote work.
