What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and success
- Lead the National Account Manager responsible for accounts under the channel
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve profit and volume targets
- Coordinate the annual budget process with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams
- Provide market feedback and assist with new product development processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a sales leader, with at least 7 years in direct support of The Home Depot
- Relevant cross-functional experience in Finance, Trade Development, Operations, IT, HR, or Project Management
- Strong sales background with a solid understanding of company selling procedures
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
