      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of sales initiatives across the Commerce Platform organization
      - Collaborate with internal partners to create a high-performing SaaS platform model
      - Drive revenue growth, optimize customer experience, and develop scalable offerings
      - Motivate and develop a rapidly growing team of specialized sales professionals
      - Evaluate competitive landscape and make strategic decisions to enhance product offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of sales leadership experience, including Director-level or higher
      - 5+ years of experience managing multiple layers of sales leadership
      - Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, products, and technology integrations
      - Proven ability to build and scale teams within a platform SaaS model
      - Experience thriving in ambiguous and fast-paced environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Mid-Market and SMB as well as Enterprise sales
      - Proven track record of establishing cohesive goals across multidimensional sales teams
      - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
