      Senior Director of Sales Operations at Zendesk

      Zendesk is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Director of Sales Operations to join our rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing sales tools, refining our tech stack, and driving strategic initiatives across our CRM ecosystem.       Key Responsibilities

      - Lead the management and optimization of sales tools and technology stack to ensure an efficient and seamless sales process.

      - Direct the orchestration of the CRM ecosystem, driving strategic initiatives around CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), MDM (Master Data Management), and Go-to-market offers.

      - Oversee operational integration following Mergers and Acquisitions, including mapping processes and data for a seamless transition.

      - Operationalize strategic initiatives such as Competitive Sales Plays, Industry plays, and others, ensuring sales readiness and effectiveness.

      - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing enhancements to sales processes and tools to increase productivity and efficiency.

      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, alignment with organizational goals, and a unified approach to customer success.

      Preferred Qualifications

      - Minimum 15 years of professional experience in sales operations within a SaaS or Enterprise Software company.

      - Comprehensive knowledge of customer experience, customer support, voice contact center, or AI spaces.

      - Demonstrated expertise in sales processes, tools, and CRM systems.

      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.

      - Strong strategic thinking, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement.

      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

      The US annualized base salary range for this position is $198,000.00-$298,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
