What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct management, leadership, and coaching responsibility for Franchise Performance Consultants and Broker Service Managers
- Establish strategic goals for Franchise Performance Consultants focused on increasing affiliates' performance and engagement
- Oversee and coordinate renewal efforts of all BHGRE companies
- Develop and maintain reporting, tracking, and follow-up for all renewals and seller strategy progress
- Partner with BHGRE Franchise Sales team in identifying potential acquisition and independent conversion opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S./B.A. highly preferred
- 10+ years of leadership, account management, B2B sales, or franchising
- Real Estate Industry experience preferred
- Proven customer relationship, influence management, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience leading/managing teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
