      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct manual quality assessments of dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
      - Create quality dashboards and trend reports to identify areas for improvement
      - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on quality assessments to enhance the dispute program
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality calibration
      - Assist in developing and refining dispute quality processes and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the finance industry, focusing on quality for card and ACH transaction disputes
      - Strong understanding of Reg E dispute requirements
      - Familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules
      - Ability to work independently in a high-risk environment with minimal supervision
      - Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards

      - Experience communicating complex concepts with efficiency and clarity
