      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle dispute intake and resolution processes, including pre-arbitration and arbitration cases
      - Review and assess information from users to determine the validity of filed disputes
      - Manage a high-volume caseload while adhering to service level agreements
      - Document rationale for risk decisions and maintain a positive user experience
      - Serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional teams and identify process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in card disputes intake and resolution
      - Strong understanding of RegE dispute requirements
      - Familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules
      - Experience in banking, fintech, or other financial services
      - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous issuer-specific experience in card disputes
      - Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, international wires, and debit cards
      - Curiosity about the US banking system, startups, and ecommerce companies
      - Ability to work independently in a high-risk environment with minimal supervision
      - Strong product sense related to financial services
