      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage potential donor families in discussions about the benefits of tissue donation and perform medical and behavioral screenings
      - Train and coach Donor Operations staff to meet regulatory requirements for discussing tissue donation
      - Conduct in-depth medical screenings and document authorization according to company policies
      - Review clinical data and coordinate the recovery process with various external partners
      - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely recovery of donated tissues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in approaching grieving families for tissue authorizations
      - Proven track record of securing at least 375 tissue authorizations per year
      - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the 24/7 nature of Donor Operations
      - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and kindness
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in biological sciences preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Transplant Preservationist (CTP), Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC), or Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS)
      - Experience in training and developing staff in a healthcare or donation context
      - Knowledge of adult learning theory and training facilitation practices
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
