What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design electrical systems for mission-critical/data center projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Perform technical evaluations and provide solutions to complex electrical engineering challenges
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Mentor and facilitate the growth of junior staff while coordinating workload across projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis
- Minimum of 15 years of consulting engineering experience in designing high-reliability electrical systems
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent technical and specification writing abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Data Center/Mission Critical projects within an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
- Extensive knowledge of the NEC, uninterruptible power systems, power distribution, and grounding systems
- Strong desire to stay current with trends in the mission-critical industry
- Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu, SKM Power Tools, CYMCAP, and Microsoft Office
