What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various MEP projects in alignment with project requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the technical work of project teams and provide guidance to staff
- Collaborate on electrical designs and coordinate work within the employer's team to successfully deliver projects from conception to execution
- Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including participating in client meetings, presenting technical proposals and progress reports, and addressing technical concerns or inquiries

- Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer in relevant sectors
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems design and implementation
- Leadership capabilities to oversee and guide project teams effectively

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site requirements in Portland, Oregon
