What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a project task manager or lead discipline engineer on electrical and I&C projects
- Scope and budget projects while coordinating staff assignments
- Manage and execute electrical designs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor junior and midlevel electrical and I&C engineers and designers
- Collaborate with a national team of technical experts in the Electrical and I&C group

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional registration or the ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer in water and wastewater industries
- Proficiency in power system software design and modeling (SKM, ETAP, EasyPower)
- Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code and electrical safety systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Over 15 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in government, municipal, or industrial water and wastewater industries
- Experience in Design Build project delivery
- Additional industry certifications (PMP, LEED, CESCP)
- Knowledge of renewable and alternative energy design (solar, wind, cogeneration)
