Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee designs and manage assigned project teams on various projects including Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Electrical and Construction industries and will be proficient in using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical designs for assigned projects.
• Manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam for project design and execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines within the firm to ensure integrated project delivery.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Electrical Industry.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with plan spec or design-build projects.
• Experience in at least two building types: Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial projects.
• Project management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.

3% 401k based on base salary
8 paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Dental/Vision/Medical 100% coverage
Bonus
2-4 Performance Based Merit checks a year
